Board of Trustees.

Being appointed to the M.E.C.C.A. Board of Trustees is the most prestigious honor M.E.C.C.A. can offer to its volunteers. The dedication and effectiveness of those chosen to serve are crucial to the organization's vibrancy and robustness. Board members gain a deep sense of fulfillment from their contributions to M.E.C.C.A.'s ongoing growth, development, and stability. Additionally, they experience the invigorating challenge of collaborating with a group of dedicated individuals, all united in their goal to uphold and advance the success of M.E.C.C.A.'s mission.

Advisory Group.

M.E.C.C.A.’s Advisory Council is a dedicated team that offers strategic guidance to the organization's management, albeit in a non-binding capacity. This council's informal framework allows for more adaptability in its structure and management approach, distinguishing it from the more formally organized Board of Trustees. Despite this flexibility, the Advisory Council operates under the direction and oversight of M.E.C.C.A.'s CEO and remains subject to the governance of the Board of Trustees. The tasks assigned to the Advisory Council are carefully delegated by the CEO, ensuring alignment with M.E.C.C.A.'s broader goals and objectives. This arrangement allows the Advisory Council to contribute valuable insights and recommendations, playing a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of M.E.C.C.A. while complementing the work of the Board of Trustees.
